"The next day as they came back from Bethany, He felt
hungry. Spotting in the distance a fig tree in leaf, He went
to see if he could find anything on it. When he came up
to it, He found nothing but leaves; for it wasn't fig season.
He said to it, "May no one ever eat fruit from you again!"
And His disciples heard what he said."
Here Jesus spoke to the fig tree, His disciples heard Him. The next day they passed the tree. Jesus' spiritual force worked on that tree. It was dried up from the roots (That's important). Most people look at the outside. But spiritual faith starts from the inside.
Jesus said, "Have faith in God!" We have the spiritual capability and compacity to do what God did and does. We have a new man when we are saved. We are a new creation! Our spirit man is a new creation and of God. The seed, the making of my DNA is of God.
Mark 11:20-24 says,
"In the morning, as the talmidim (disciples) passed by they
saw the fig tree withered all the way to the roots. Peter
remembered and said to Jesus, "Rabbi! Look! The fig tree
that you cursed has dried up!" He responded, "Have the
kind of trust that comes from God! Yes! I tell you that who-
ever does not doubt in his heart but trusts that what he says
will happen, can say to this mountain, 'Go and throw
yourself into the sea!' and it will be done for him. Therefore,
I tell you whatever you ask for in prayer, trust that you are
receiving it, and it will be yours."
Mark 11:25 says,
"And when you standing praying, if you have anything
against anyone, forgive him; so that your Father in heaven
may also forgive your offenses."
Since my DNA or make up is of God. I have His love, for God is LOVE! (for more on this stop hereand read 1 Corinthians Chapter 13.
You see the Fruit of the Spirit are spiritual forces that are strong. The greatest of these is LOVE. You can live without your body, but your body cannot live without you. We (humans) have been natural oriented and not spiritual oriented. God never changed, even though many ministers preach only the natural. God said, "I AM" the Lord Raffa, the Lord that healeth thee." Here, the central thought is on developing and educating the born again human spirit.
